I feel bad for people who saved up for a trip and stayed there. There was no hot water, the pillows were awful, the hallway smelled, our toilet didn't work. I don't think I will book again.

Liked: Closeness of the hotel to the venue.
Disliked: No hot water whatsoever in the morning; toilet ran all night and didn't flush properly, and overwhelming chemical/cleaning smell in hallway. Pillows were terrible, rocks would have been more comfortable.

Disliked: That I didn't get my 100$ deposit back, that the employees didn't seem to know what they were doing, tv malfunctioning, phone that didn't work, drawers that kept opening, bathroom with no ventilation, too many things I am looking into taking further action

Liked: I loved that the building was clean and that the breakfast area was nice and tidy. I do wish the park was open for breakfast
Disliked: I didnt like the fact that I was charged twice instead of once in full. Also I slept with no AC the 1st night but they had someone look at it the next day while I was out. And I wasn't expecting anyone to organize my makeup n hygiene products that was abit strange. The bed being made would have been enough but to come clean without the request of it was odd. And the pillows were awful.

Liked: the proximity to where I needed to be was good and size of the room.
Disliked: Not very clean. You could tell minimal cleaning was done in the room/bathroom. Pool area could use some attention as well. The AC in my room also did not work. It was more than 80 degrees and we had to take turns sitting in front of the window that only opened 1 inch to get some cool air. The staff was extremely unhelpful.

The place was convenient and...

Liked: There was a nice variety for brrakfast. And the convenience was nice.
Disliked: The price to pay for parking.
