Disappointing

Disliked: Breakfast area was filthy

Liked: Very easy to park and unload my things.
Disliked: I could hear people outside pretty easily so as a light sleeper it dod keep me up.

Liked: Front Desk Staff was excellent!!
Disliked: Room was not very clean (smudges on mirrors and stainless towel racks and handles, small pieces of trash in corners, and floor felt gritty). There was a good section of ceiling over shower that was peeling and cracked, room curtains had holes in them, and bathroom door didn't even shut right since it was hanging oddly on its hinges.

Disliked: Didn't get handicap room made reservation month in advance microwave didn't work Very noisy Stray and dogs not on a leash

Outside of the friendly staff,...

Liked: Staff was friendly & nice but the key for the initial room they set me up in didn’t work, so I had to lug all my luggage back to my car & go back to the front desk only to find out they had already given that room away, so they gave me another room at the same price, which was cool. Upon entering the room it smelled horribly of cigarette smoke & body odor, but being 1am in the morning at that time & not wanting to haul my luggage back to my car, I didn’t go request another room & just stayed in the room. The bathroom sink was clogged too so I couldn’t use it to wash up or brush my teeth in the morning!

Disliked: The prostitution and drug activity in the parking lot people banging on my door early in the morning did not put me in a handicap room like I reserved I pre registered online the clerk gave me a hard time she wouldn't give me the room that I wanted because it wasn't clean and I got there at 4:30 the sheets was never changed had bread crumbs on it and stains they just made the bed up with dirty sheets I have turned the situation into the narcotics division the Amarillo Police department too and I'm going to see my lawyer today I'm going to sue that motel for my money back

Liked: The microwave didn't work the shower didn't have pressure the tv had a black line through it room had a musty smell floors were dirty

Disliked: The bathroom was dirty. The toilet overflowed, so the staff asked us if we wanted to switch rooms. So we did, the new room had a toilet that worked, but the bathroom was dirty also.
