Disliked: This was a 2 star stay. It would not let me change my star rating. Definitely not a 4 star. I was on the top floor and it was rather warm in the hallways. The only elevator in the building went out during my stay so I had to use the stairs. This made me not want to leave the room. I was told the elevator would not be working until after my stay ended. When I was checking out, I had to haul all of my belongings down 4 flights off stairs. My key card also stopped working during my stay. So I had to go down the stairs to have them fix it, just to climb the stairs back up to the fourth floor. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience. The elevator was down Saturday night until Monday evening.

Liked: Newly updated hotel with a comfortable room.. Good breakfast with good coffee. Good location. Room rate under $100.

Disliked: The elevator was out the front desk staff didn't mention it until after my payment was accepted I feel like that's unacceptable especially with early reservations booked me on the third floor in a half empty hotel after I repeatedly asked I didn't want to take the stairs to the third floor and I got a handicap room that I didn't need because he claimed they was all booked up

Liked: The mattress and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a while. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Only one entrance and exit but the location was great.
