Disliked: Stains on the bed sheets and one of the tvs didn't work in my suite

Liked: Location was alright and the property had the appearance of clean and well maintained.
Disliked: The room we had was disappointing, the sofa was dirty and had huge rips in it. The floor had big gouges and scrapes on it. Water pressure was low and the beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast left us wishing we would have gone next door to cracker barrel. La Quinta is usually spot on and has always been enjoyable to stay with, but this location is far below your standards and mine as well.

Liked: The ac worked in the room. That’s the only good thing I can say about this stay.
Disliked: To start the person checking is in was rude. Mumbled most of his conversation and then when I asked him to repeat himself because we couldn’t understand him. He was rude. Anytime we walked in the building it smelled like weed. One of the workers helped us get the cart out the door and he smelled like weed. Nobody cleaned our room the entire stay and we had to ask for towels everyday. At one point they came to the door and we told they can come back in 1/2 hour and we would be gone and they never came back. We travel there 2 times a year and we will definitely not be staying here again. We will also be telling our family that lives there to not advise anybody to stay there either. Customer service was horrible.

Liked: Room didn't have towels. Couldn't get towels until the next day. Water pressure was poor bathroom was dirty jacuzzi wasn't clean. People who didn't stay in the hotel had the pool full at night and was extremely loud.
