Liked: The customer service that I received during my stay let me know that I was valued and cared about as a guest . Miss Bernadete went over and beyond to accommodate me during my stay.
Disliked: I cannot say that I would change anything about this facility. The genuine hospitality that you receive at this location you will not find anywhere anywhere else.

Disliked: There was fungi in the shower, the hallway had a bad smell and a crowd in the pool was so loud they kept me from going to sleep.

Disliked: Uncomfortable, very small beds. Hall were hot and floor fans everywhere.

Disliked: The property desperately needs an upgrade. Damage to several walls on 1st floor, mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, stained toilet and tub, large gap in the door frame, air was out in the lobby and halls, damages on walls in the halls on the 4th floor, hotel room was very dusty, walls need painting, etc. It's like the they gave up on the hotel. Very shocked
