Comfortable stay, friendly staff, and...

Liked: bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, with lots of options.
Disliked: Our keys didn’t work for first room and once we got a different room, refrigerator wasn’t working. The ice machine was broken on our floor. It seemed they didn’t have air conditioning in hallway on 2nd floor, it was pretty stuffy. Hotel needs updates badly.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was nice and convenient for our travel. The staff at check in/out was very friendly even with a late night check in.
Disliked: There was barely any breakfast available at 7:30am, only muffins, waffles, and cereal. The sausage and eggs had not been replenished for the 30 minutes we were down there waiting. The muffins were very stale. The bathroom doors were messed up and would not close or even stay cracked so everyone had to stay turned away while we each took a shower or used the restroom. The room was also dusty.

Not the best night's sleep

Liked: My kids enjoyed the pool. Outside of the room the hotel is nice. The receptionist with purple hair was really nice, she provided us with a list of places that would deliver to our room and answered any questions we had without making us feel like a bother.
Disliked: The beds were the worst. The bed was sunk in the middle and made it hard to sleep comfortably.. Our room did not have a microwave.

Worse La Quinta I’ve ever...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The shower drain was clogged, the carpet was full of stains, shower wall had a hole in it, the main door you had to really push closed to get it to latch, and it was supposed to to be non smoking but you could smell smoke when you got on the floor

Horrible

Liked: It was close to the interstate
Disliked: The place was absolutely filthy the hallways the bathrooms behind the doors in the bathrooms was full of hair. I understand that they are remodelling the upper floors. Why didn’t they put us up there instead of on the ground floor where nothing was done yet?
