Disliked: Rooms outdated, dirty,lampshades damaged, curtains damaged and 2 inch gap under entrance door.Limited choices for breakfast but served the purpose.

Liked: The maintenance man who helped us get a lamp was very helpful! I wish I had gotten his name
Disliked: The property is not up to La Quinta standards AT ALL! It is decaying and being nickeled and dimed and it shows The rooms are very dark. The coffee pot had a dirty film on the filter bowl. No light near the desk so it was hard to work. I asked for a desk lamp and the maintenance man (who was VERY HELPFUL!) found one - but it was broken and had no shade. The La Quinta on the other side of town out I40 had their pool open a week earlier when we stayed there (the stay there was great!). This pool was not open and would not be for another month.

Liked: The good location for the Starr Brewery. The bed was comfortable .
Disliked: Poor breakfast choices. No bars to help get in/out of tub.$100 deposit for a room that cost 70% of that.

Liked: The location was decent. A little hard to maneuver around to get there. It was nice that they had a Denny’s on the property, which was great. The toilet needs replacing. The bed was comfortable. The rooms are not insulated very well and you could hear all the noises from adjoining rooms. The staff was just OK or mediocre. But the value was still good. I didn’t stay for breakfast as I rarely do when I’m traveling.
