La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Albuquerque Midtown

The room itself was much smaller than I thought it would be, since we reserved a King Suite. I was surprised by the size of it. For us the location was ideal - even though it was in more of an industrial area, the events and venues we had on our itinerary made it an ideal location.

Liked: The breakfast was fairly good and did have a good selection to choose from.
Disliked: Parking lot was a mess. They were being resurfaced and parking was a chore.

Liked: Rooms were spacious, clean and neat. The staff was great.
Disliked: The halls smelled like old urine and the entry light light to the room was out.

Not perfect but good place...

Liked: Location was perfect!
Disliked: The bed was off the rail in one side and I didn’t notice it, I hit the rail sticking out and put a gash in my ankle. The desk person was awesome tho, offering me a way to clean up and bandage. The hotel maintenance came shortly after and fixed the bed situation.Breakfast was very lean, tho what was served was great.

Disliked: Breakfast. All the containers were empty. Had Js a lil bit of eggs. Cook was taking her time. There was no water or juice.

Liked: breakfast was ok. I saw the cereal but, I didn't see the milk to go with it. I used the coffee cup for oatmeal, I didn't see a small bowl.
Disliked: The room that my son stayed in, the signal to the Directv was not working. I had an employee look at and she contacted maintenance. He said to push a button in the back to reset it. That worked, until we went to pick up dinner and came back. The tv was not working. The message on the screen was it could not get a signal to the tv.

Disliked: Sheets had stains, no sheets for pull out bed, not enough towels for 3-4 ppl in a rm, walls had old blood or vomit stains, night front desk person was rude, she didnt care to tell me what she was charging me for each rm although booking.com gave me a price already, 3rd floor looks scary & old, had a heater or ac near our rm & it was nearly abt to fall out, we saw a big hole beside it & could see the outside!

Liked: Away from the traffic
Disliked: No towels in the room and when I called both evening and morning shift there are no extra ones anywhere in the whole hotel. And we had a two bed/ with a sofa and 6 in the room.
