The free breakfast also earns high marks from those heading out early or recovering from a late night.

Areas for Improvement

Patricia, Lubbock, visiting Kiva Auditorium

The room itself was much smaller than I thought it would be, since we reserved a King Suite. I was surprised by the size of it. For us the location was ideal - even though it was in more of an industrial area, the events and venues we had on our itinerary made it an ideal location.

Liked: The breakfast was fairly good and did have a good selection to choose from.
Disliked: Parking lot was a mess. They were being resurfaced and parking was a chore.

Won’t come back nor recommend

Liked: Location
Disliked: Aggressive dogs in lobby trying to fight. We arrived after 4 but didn’t get a room for almost 2 hours. No compensation for this. Only cold coffee in lobby, breakfast staff didn’t keep up with needs I.e. brought out full tray of toast when no eggs or meat. Put bread tongs on side where unseen so people were using their hands!!!

Prettt terrible until we met...

Disliked: With the exception of the morning crew, staff was rude and unprofessional. The accessible room was horribly conceived, with soap and shampoo higher than anyone in a wheelchair could possibly reach!
