The room itself was much smaller than I thought it would be, since we reserved a King Suite. I was surprised by the size of it. For us the location was ideal - even though it was in more of an industrial area, the events and venues we had on our itinerary made it an ideal location.

Liked: The breakfast was fairly good and did have a good selection to choose from.
Disliked: Parking lot was a mess. They were being resurfaced and parking was a chore.

Disliked: dirty grounds, not a clean feeling. no regular half and half for coffee, not everyone likes fake sugar laden creamers. fences surrounding the property with ominous 7000V electric fence signs on them. Tub would not drain. Small elevator. Room carts substandard.

Disliked: The pool was shut down because the city deemed it a health hazard, ice machine was broken and when I went to eat breakfast there was a very rude older couple staring at me and then barging in front of me to grab at whatever I was trying get for my daughter in a wheel chair

Liked: 2 weeks ago we stayed here too and had a few little issues. I left a review and maybe coincidental but the one thing I had a small issue with was resolved this trip! We were highly satisfied. Clean bedrooms, pullout sofa bed, and toiletries were available downstairs if not available in the room. My kids were able to hook up their PlayStation to TV. Pool towels were available and the hottub and pool were not crowded. The staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was nice and plenty to choose from! My kids loved that there was lemon water and hot tea available throughout the day and night.

Disliked: The rooms were renovated but the outside building needs a lot of work ! Maid service was not reliable and breakfast provided was not very good.

Nice place to stay

Liked: I like the newly remodeled rooms. It is spacious. Heater and ac work great. Comfortable beds. Clean. The pool is nice and clean. Hot tub is also a great plus of having.
Disliked: I had some issues with hot water not being available or running out very quickly. Also, there was no towels available when we went down swimming when we asked for some.
