Disliked: Staff sucked. Very impersonal. I am disabled and I was put on the third floor the furthest from the elevator in 301. I told her I was disabled and asked if she could work with me and she said nope. The facility was horrible. It’s under construction. It should be closed until complete. The vanity damn near fell off the wall. I almost slipped and killed myself in the bathroom because the floor is too slippery.

Disliked: No one at the front desk to check in two blades on the ceiling fan carpet was wet toilet seat was loose bathtub had mold paint flaking off the tub outside is run down and damaged biscuits tasted very old ceiling above ceiling fan was filthy

Liked: The staff was excellent. Very Friendly and understanding.
Disliked: Carpet was filthy. The room had an oder. So bad that my girl went to stay with one of her friends. Place does not rate a 4.0 not even close.
