Disliked: Not much to choose from at the breakfast, the whole building is very highly scented of flowers, no microwave or refrigerator in the room, had to change rooms because the TV didn't work.

Liked: Nothing. To start the staff was horrible. Than everything else was horrible after that.
Disliked: I didn't like that staff was mean not helpful

Disliked: The carpets on the hallway were extremely old n dirty, the room carpet was same way the lock on top was missing, the bath was dirty and walls too, the lamp was missing the cover light, the walls of the room were extremely dirty, the fan was missing one part of it. It was a disappointed to see such a big hotel like that, plus when the customers parked their vehicle on front door the ceiling is missing. I even asked the housekeeper to get more toilet n towels n clean the room but she didn’t do anything.

Disliked: Had to change from original room because it smelled heavy of cigarette smoke and was dirty. Second room was better and cleaner but was still not cleaned correctly. OVERALL, I wasn't completely comfortable because it felt dirty and grimey.
