Liked: The room was quiet (I was on the side away from the freeway). The room was modern, and all amenities were operating and ran properly.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better. If you like cereal, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and standard beverages, they were good. However, no hot eggs, or other choices. I did not see any fruit.

Disliked: Staff sucked. Very impersonal. I am disabled and I was put on the third floor the furthest from the elevator in 301. I told her I was disabled and asked if she could work with me and she said nope. The facility was horrible. It’s under construction. It should be closed until complete. The vanity damn near fell off the wall. I almost slipped and killed myself in the bathroom because the floor is too slippery.
