Liked: Shuttle bus came immediately to the airport and brought us back at 4.30 the next morning. Great service.Lovely, comfortable bed

Liked: Dusty aspects behind bedside tables and furniture and above doors. Lampshades dirty. Male staff collecting us from airport excellent! TV was not functioning and when I wanted to access news on Thursday morning took two staff members 15 minutes to reset.Was sad to see no smiles from staff when we engaged with them at reception on Thurs morning.Our request for walk in shower at our booking months ago was completely ignored - not happy and will be complaining to booking.comOverall the room look unloved and tired in much need of renovation. Chair was very badly worn.
