Overall, me and family enjoyed...

Liked: The property was nice and clean. I love there was a fitness center available & breakfast available. A little store in the lobby to buy snacks. It was wonderful.
Disliked: What I did not like was there was no safe in my room. A safe was missing in my room to place my personal items secure.

Clean nice location. No crib/pack...

Liked: It was clean and close to the airport. Free breakfast was decent. Provided extra blankets when asked. Pool looked nice thought we didn’t use it.
Disliked: They did not have a pack & play or crib for my baby after telling me the day before that they had reserved one for me. This put me in a difficult position because we were outside of our free cancelation window and couldn’t go to another hotel. Our baby had to sleep in the bed between us which basically meant no sleep for any of us. I felt that it was very lazy and careless of the staff. Parents depend on a pack & play even jf you’re promised one. There was loud running thumping above us all night long and I mean ALL NIGHT. It shook our headboard it was so loud. Beds have no quilt. Basically two sheets. They did give me a blanket when I asked for one at the desk.

Good place but very poor...

Liked: 1) Pretty spacious room.2) They changed towels and bring new piece of soap daily that is generally speaking convenient but does not save an environment..
Disliked: Nothing went well at all. 1) On my last day there I found COCKROACH in the room. 2) They made both beds without blankets for my first night there and it was very cold to sleep even heater was on whole night. 3) Next morning they offered me a bed cover instead of blanket and with no apology. In the evening I asked for blanket again and they brought me one. 4) Window has very poor isolation so it impossible to sit near it - cold wind from outside through the gap between two window frames.5) I came to the breakfast a bit late, at 8:45 and at 9 am all food was moved out without any question to me sitting and eating there.
