The room was good, but...
Liked: The breakfast was very bland and the utensils for each different item were in a shared spaced, with an allergen like egg present I do not feel that was the best decision. Also, the staff was clearly not attentive to the area as the counter was messy and it was difficult to find a clean space to set your plate while obtaining your servings.
Disliked: The staff member at the time that I checked in (11:00 pm) was clearly not prepared for her shift. Information was not relayed between members of the team that caused a 30 minute delay in receiving the key to my room.

Disliked: Hard to find a placeon the bed where the AC did not blow upon us directly.

Bad
Liked: Blackout shade was broken, front desk refused to move us to another room. Instead they called for thr maintenance guy who showed up reeking of cigarette smoke and told us there was no way to fix it, that it was a known issue. Front desk refused a refund stating that she was unable to contact the manager to do so. We left and went elsewhere.

Liked: Looked like someone kicked holes in the dresser and night stands. There were no blinds on the windows for privacy.

Not worth it!!!
Liked: The outside appearance of the property was clean HOWEVER, the inside of the property is obviously need updating. I was originally given room 402 at the facility on Catclaw in Abilene, Tx. The fabric shower curtain appeared to have feces on it, behind the door was a big hole and the shower drainage was severely rusted and the room smelled stale. I was told by the clerk that I couldn’t change rooms in which I informed her that I either get another room or you will reimburse me $181.13 . After a slight delay, I was given room 405, which was cleaner but same issue with a rusted shower drainage, etc. Will I stay at this location again…NEVER!!!
