DO NOT BOOK - we arrived at 4:30pm (1.5 hours after checkin time) and there were roughly 25 people waiting in line to check-in. There were another 15 people sitting in the lobby (some since 1:45pm). None of the rooms were ready. Every person was told it would be 30 minutes before their room was ready. By the time we got to the desk we were told our room was not ready so we cancelled and went elsewhere. Reading other reviews on Facebook, this seems to be a pattern so I wouldn't call this an isolated event. Poor service, planning, management.

Disliked: My room was not up to par. I understand renovating, but if a room has dirty carpets, holes in curtains and headboard peeling it should not be charged full price
