Horrible place, what seamed a...
Disliked: Horrible smell in all the Hotel. Very uncomfortable bed. Impossible to get Fresh Water in the room to drink. Neighborhood in transformation with lots of work or places closed. Bad expérience

Rough Hotel Stay
Liked: The guy that checked us in was nice.
Disliked: Hotel was full of drug addicts.Room doors were paper thin I heard everything.Room smelled weird and we discovered the window open I guess to get the stench out.Breakfast was pretty low in options and seating was tight

Very bad quality-price correlation
Liked: It is not very far from downtown.
Disliked: The surrounding streets, the C/I process; the room was small, with old forniture, uncomfortable beds, and with no enough towels in the bathroom. The breakfast was very disappointing, there were just few things to eat and drink. It’s definitely NOT worthy the price we paid!!! Too expensive for this bad quality.

Absolutely horrible, do not recommend

Disliked: Our rooms smelled like pee and smoke. The staff and manager were very rude when we told them about it then proceeded to kick us out of the hotel.

Very poor
Liked: Room size was okay for a night stay.
Disliked: Upon arrival at checkin the room I received was FILTHY. The manager was notified and agreed we would have another room ready, however the mama has Mashah disappeared and never returned to handle our grievance. We didn’t check in until an hour and 15 minutes AFTER we arrived. The male staff (who said his name was Kiki) attempted to gaslight me and my guest as if it were our fault the room was not ready and even stated “you can check in or you can leave”. They did not offer us any type compensation for the inconvenience, there were no utensils to use, the staff was very unprofessional and rude. We had to call the corporate office to make a complaint of our treatment and I will never stay there ever again!
