Disliked: I just got a little bit nervous about the roof a lot of the parts were not there on the roof when you walk into the building but it looks like you guys are trying to get it fixed so but I enjoyed my stay I was able to swim thank you guys so much and hope to see you again

Liked: Location wasn't completely sketchy
Disliked: When we walked in, we were hit with a dank bad smell. I went to check in, and there was a sign, asking to let them know if you have a pet. I informed the woman that we have a small dog, and she told me she was charging me and extra $25. I told her, when I booked the room, it was described as pet friendly, and there was no mention of any additional fees. She wasn't friendly or helpful, just matter of fact that I was going to pay her more. She said I should have gone to their website to see that they charge extra fees, or asked the website that I booked through. I've never run into this issue before. I told her we don't want to stay, and we left. I paid around$100 for that room, but my credit card has a charge for $180, and it still hasn't been refunded 1 week later! Awful! Avoid this place.

It did the job and...

Liked: Their booking system seemed to not line up with what we booked through Booking.com so they didnt have a room for us. They were able to move some things around to ensure we had a place to stay. Breakfast was pretty good. good variety. quality wasnt great but at least we had options and they were good about restocking it to ensure all guests had a good experience.
Disliked: The fitness center is pretty pathetic. there werent any free weights or even bands to use. just a couple of old cardio machines.

Liked: The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked
Disliked: The tub wasn't that clean and the hair dryer didn't work. There some kind of stain on the carpet

Disliked: needs to clean behind furniture. but passed the black light inspection.......
