Room was comfortable enough for our single night stay.

Liked: Comfortable bed; nice hot shower; close to food.
Disliked: Our initial room was smoked in and even once we were moved the second room smelled as well.

I would stay again.

Liked: Good, free breakfast.
Disliked: We were supposed to have two beds but our room had one, but they fixed it and moved us with no haste.

The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Liked: The room was very clean and smelled good.
Disliked: Outside our door was a large bag of garbage.

Overall, a good place to stay the night if it's a stop on a road trip, but you're not really close to anything of walking distance. Check-in was flawless and the complimentary breakfast was a continental breakfast as advertised. Bagels, fresh fruit, cereal and waffles. It works for me.

Liked: Close to boat ramp on Sacramento River.
Disliked: No room to park truck with boat trailer. Lack of restaurants within walking distance.

Disappointing facilities, unclean and outdated...

Liked: I needed a pet-friendly accommodation to stay one night, passing through Sacramento. For that reason, it was convenient
Disliked: This motel room was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty bathroom floor, leaking AC, broken door latch, only 2 towels in the bathroom, and rooms very smaller than advertised. I didn’t like anything about the rooms.

Nice clean room.

Disliked: The property is listed as a ‘hotel’ but is in actual face a ‘motel’, there were quite a few homeless persons on the road directly beneath my room who were making noise all hours of the night. This was very disturbing for my 4 and 11 year old. Also the heater in the room didn’t work properly

Liked: Good variety of breakfast items including waffles, eggs, sausages, pastries, apples, yogurt, bread options including raisin bread, juice. Good coffee, both regular and decaf; tea offerings were appreciated, too.
