The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and fresh and the location was easy to access!

Disliked: Hotel carpet was filthy. Elevators and all ice machines not working. Staff didn't care or say when repairs would be made. I strongly suspect my credit card was hacked because I had to use it here. I will never book again.

Disliked: Had to pay a $50 deposit and have not received it back as of today. Not sure what the deposit was for since my credit card was on file and room was paid for.

Disliked: I didn’t stay because they sold my reservation, when arrived at 11:30pm doors were locked and the desk person responded through the door that it was full, when I asked about my reservation that was paid she said it didn’t matter, they sold it, I had to find another place and argue with Booking.com for a refund. Which I never got. Don’t use booking.com and never stay at this place.

Disliked: The manager wasn’t a very friendly or helpful person and the young lady who works night was so friendly and helpful and just an all around nice person
