My stay was pretty good...
Liked: New area a lot of guess. The lobby area was being renovated but to me it didn’t make a difference
Disliked: Parking spaces late at night are few

Liked: The room was big enough and comfortable.
Disliked: That you had to inform the day before to have the room cleaned and let them know on Sunday to clean the room on Monday however when I got to the room it wasn't clean

Disliked: I am very upset that when we arrived back in port the company said they no longer pickup at port. This cost me $80.00 to get a taxi back to hotel. How can they do that without warning???? Unacceptable

Last night
Liked: Most of the things were very good
Disliked: Last night, the AC was changed to automatic every time its turn off and kick off an then on. Very unpleased. And that we have to wake up early.

Good for short night over
Liked: Breakfast was quite good, The property offers transport to port, which is cheaper than Taxi. Overall the hotel is basic but highly recommended for overnight stays to connect to airport
Disliked: At first we were given a room which was not made, totally unclean. When we contacted the reception, they immediately changed it which was good. But it seems that their internal communication was not clear.

Dirty hotel took my money
Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The property is very dirty, so I NEVER stay there. I drove from Tampa to Miami and booked this hotel just to rest during the night since it’s close to the airport. When I got there, the room was dirty, there was hair in the bed. I immediately came back to the reception with a bag and a dog who was very stressed by the situation. The staff gave me another room, but I had the same problem again. There was hair in the bed and refused to stay. I went back to the reception for the 2nd time and asked her to give my back, she said she was not allowed to do that and decided to check the room. According to her, the room was clean and she had a video to prove. I replied that I had pictures of the dirty room, and she said “Wow, ok, so show me! If you have pictures, you have to prove”, her tone sounded as if she was calling me a “liar”. I showed the pictures and stated I wanted my money back. She called some manager who did not allow her to refund me, so she asked me to call a couple of numbers- no one answered. I contacted booking, which informed me I would receive some feedback within 48 hours. After this whole situation took around 2h, I booked another hotel much more expensive; since I made it at the last minute. Now, 2 weeks later, I’m still here waiting for my money back. The hotel said they refunded, but I’ve never received it!!! I’m very frustrated with this hotel and booking!
