Liked: Quiet, safe and comfortable

The bed was was Comfortable...

Liked: We liked the bed.
Disliked: We didn’t like that there was no breakfast, the thermostat didn’t work in the room. The bathtub was too patched up. The room needs a remodeling due.

Miserable.

Disliked: They promised a hot breakfast, but only gave a paper bag w/ a piece of fruit, a granola bar and a cellophane-wrapped mini muffin. The promised fitness center didn’t exist. The heating system in the room didn’t work, even though it got down to the 40s F at night. There was only a third of a roll of toilet paper in the room. Two lightbulbs didn’t work. There was no ice bucket or facial tissue. The mattress was way too soft.

Liked: Great location with nearby amenities
Disliked: Door appeared broken… difficult to use. Heavy smell of cleaning solution in room.

Room okay, property needs updating...

Liked: Room itself was okay, mostly clean. Workers were good.
Disliked: Hallways need new carpet, need an elevator, exterior doors for the property need the card readers fixed. Location has some homeless around, probably some fencing or security guard might help there, better lighting in certain areas. No breakfast given due to new fridge needing to be inspected.

Disliked: We didn't discover until the next morning that the hotel was not serving breakfast, leaving us to scramble (no pun intended) to find something to eat.The room also had a strange odor.
