Great location and although rooms are small they are comfortable. Had issues with blow dryer and needing towels and staff was right on it and corrected all issues fast. This location has huge areas to walk dogs and has a picnic area with grills.

Liked: Location was great for iThink Ampitheater and huge areas for the dogs.
Disliked: Elevator was broke when we checked in but was fixed the next day.

If you are going to attend a concert at Cruzan Amphitheatre, it's very close and easy to get back and forth. I would only stay again if going to that venue.

It's a simple hotel but...

Liked: Front desk staff provided excellent customer service and accommodated our team from Jamaica very well. Hotel was clean and comfortable. They also changed our rooms when our initial rooms didn't have wifi service.
Disliked: We had an issue getting wifi but that was swiftly addressed when we were moved to another room. We were allowed to view the rooms before changing it. That's real service.

Disliked: They put a lady with two big dogs next to my room that bark all night. I call ask them to relocate her they didn't move her. So I had to deal with that issue the whole stay. Which I want my money back. The hotel call me an advise that it will be a credi
