Liked: Just simply nothing. All the staff is rude
Disliked: There is nothing that a human can like at this place and it smells really bad. The pool was not working and it was all problems right from the beginning. So if you are out there do not go here.

Good property but rude check...
Liked: For the most part, the stay was good. The building is in good shape and is clean. The biggest gripe would be at check in, when the clerk was this weird guy that mumbled everything and was rude. He would mumble and I asked him to repeat himself but he continued to mumble time after time…you would think he would catch on after the first time that he needed to speak up. I then asked if he needed to see my Wyndham loyalty number because I booked through a third party and he said, “I don’t need it.” What does that mean? Is it showing up on my reservation? I said I may wish to request a late checkout and thus he would need my loyalty number, and he said nothing. He just put the keycard on the counter without looking up and answering my concern. I asked, “Are we done?” He mumbled “mmm hmm”…no “thank you” or “enjoy your stay.” I just turned around and walked away, He never said anything about breakfast times, just mumbled orders at me. This representative isn’t good for the property or the brand. Oh, and I did finally request a late checkout in the app but I never got a response, so I just settled for 11:00.

You get what you pay...
Liked: The cost was not expensive.
Disliked: My room was at the end of the hotel and there was no re entry because the card access devise was broken.

Disliked: Absolutely was lied to by staff regarding our bill. When I checked in, I was very clear that I wanted to reserve the room for UP TO 6 nights. I was also very clear that my wife was not healthy (atypical parkinsonism and supra nuclear palsy) expected remaining time 2 yrs.She has a very weak immune system and we knew if she started coughing, which she did Tues AM, that if we could not get on top of it we would need to get her back to Texas Wed before infection could set in. I let the night staff desk clerk know Tues evening we would be checking out Weds the next morning which we did. I went by the front desk and a different clerk was there and reminded him of our arrangement and that they had our card on file that I was expecting to pay for 4 nights only. He was busy and said he was confident that the manager would be aware of it. They charged us for the 2 nights that we did not use. I did not have time to wait and talk with the manager. I had to get my wife back and definantly feel we were taken advantage of and request a refund of the 2 nights we did not use.Thank you for your consideration

Liked: There was an indoor pool
Disliked: No soap,shampoo and hair dryer in our room, even though it said they're would be a hair dryer. The air conditioner was not working well.
