Terrible and would never stay...
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Got there sign said call for assistance. 3 in the afternoon. A couple of minutes after call asked to check if my Wyndham rewards was in and the young man couldn’t help me and offered no solution. When we checked out we complained-roaches in both rooms, no shower in one and when asked for repair they said maintenance would be there in 5 minutes but after waiting 15 minutes decided to get dressed because I couldn’t miss my appointment. I had to go out to lobby in pajamas because the room phone didn’t work. Terrible. When checking out there was no apology and “I’m sorry “ just there’s nothing I can do to help you. I feel there should be some reduction or discount or future free stay. In the meantime I am putting bad reviews online and my family and I will never stay there again. I also want my Wyndham rewards and have no idea how to get them for 2 rooms.

"OK"
Liked: the address is confusing. then, when we expressed our feelings (after driving almost one hour trying to find the place), the manager has an attitude. The place is general is "OK" (old place with basic services and cleanness)
Disliked: Manager's attitude!!!

Overpriced motel.
Liked: The bed was fine.
Disliked: The hotel was expensive, it smelled awfully, and the breakfast was a joke.

OK
Liked: Room quiet and bed and pillows comfortable.
Disliked: Insufficient lighting in room and bathroom. TV did not work and once it was fixed, remote only worked to turn it on and off. Couldn't adjust sound or channels. Refused extra towels by housekeeping staff.

Exhausting mini-vacay. No sleep!
Liked: People at desk were nice.
Disliked: As a Wynd property, I would expect better. I have been coming here for years and I have seen very little upgrades. The pool was closed and this is the second year in a row that it was not advertised at booking. I.love animals and have 2 fur baby's. This hotel must have a lower rate than others for pets so there were many. The room across and one next door had dogs but owners left them. They barked all night. I was disappointed at the amount of younger people with upwards to 6 on a room. They must've had an adult 21+ make the reservation but most underage, drinking in hallway next to my room, with my child, and were hanging out in the hall making lots of noise. I called at 1 & 4:30am. We got no sleep and not one staff member offered us too move. There were little issues like a dirty AC filter. Cleaning service did not attend to our room. Issues that were in the room the prior year, yes we had the same room number. Lampshade was warped due to high wattage bulbs. Remote batteries were dead. Door that enclose fridge, still broken and filthy from last stay .Some TV's were upgraded , not this room. It is all in piecemeal. I know, with a little reno, this place would be great. It is clean and convenient. However, I paid a rate that does not coincide with the atmosphere. I did not use my Wyn timeshare this time and was taken back since a nicer hotel was less.

Not Good! Stay at the...
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: We left a bag in the room. We called and returned to the hotel that afternoon. Thru claimed there was nothing in the room. It had all my daughter’s medical prescriptions, retainer, face lotions, and make up. They are adamant it was not there. We definitely left it there. It’s one thing if they said it was thrown away, but they say she claims nothing was there. The manager at that location hung up on me. I asked for a name for his manager -again he hung up on me. Did not try and solve it at all.Further, the breakfast unfortunately was not good. Not worth the amount we spent for the hassle, uncooperative behavior we received, and bad food.

Hotel makes me feel like...

Disliked: Knight before stayed there paid 105$ next day went back there price was $168 +tax I show receipts from last night receptionist told door is behind you if you don’t like it so in two min I booked from my trip.com $105 and he couldn’t find than I guided him to put confirmation number than he find it than again he want it extra many for 2 nd floor I went to room heater is not working try to call from room phone that is not working went back there heater controller is on the wall it’s a window unit phone he didn’t know he lie I can tell that phone is century old and sitting there and he is still saying if I can’t able turn the heater off let me know he says I told him you want me to back and ford to your table because your phone is not working I checked in 6 pm I checked out 8:45 am same guy was at reception That hotel make me feel like I am in india don’t have employe but price change by hour to weekend first knight was Wednesday sneer day price double they called Thursday is weekend since when rainy called day
