Disappointing
Liked: Good staff. Room AC and TV worked well. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Disliked: Everything needs refreshing. TV and stationary cycle in fitness center didn't work. Printer in business center didn't work. Pool closed by health department. Breakfast below average for similar chain hotels.

Disliked: I slipped and fell on spilled liquid while getting breakfast and asked the man at the front desk to mop it up before someone else falls. Not only did he ignore my request while walking past it multiple times but when I was done eating I went up to the front desk to ask why he didn’t clean it and he told me “that’s not my job” I replied with “you do realize you can get sued for something like that right?” And his response was “ok sue.”

Poor management and service
Liked: Reserved here for the pool. Pool is out of order. Canceled the reservationafter speaking to the manager. Still was charged for the stay. Horrendous service. Stay ANYWHERE ELSE. Marriot was way better.
Disliked: Not being charged for canceling when the reason we stayed was for the pool. Which was out of order. Victor the manager promised not to charge but still did. Such a pain.

Liked: My room was clean and well equipped.
Disliked: I picked this hotel for the indoor pool and how it looked in its pictures. The room was as show, but the pool was shut down. That should be listed on any website selling room stays. The next thing was on the day after I got here, it stormed, and we slept in. We put the do not disturb sign on the door. At around 11:40 a.m., I removed the sign, and the cleaning person was in the hall. I walked to her and asked her in her language Spanish. If they had already come on my end of the hall, she said no. I also told her to just straighten up my bathroom and give us fresh towels and that I would leave her tip on the bathroom counter. She said okay and asked me which room. We went out. Needless to say, my bathroom was not cleaned. I got back at approximately 1am and called the front desk. The attendant told me it was my fault my bathroom was not cleaned. I said at least give me some towels so we can shower he said he doesn't have any. I had to use the guest laundry to wash the dang towels myself. Unacceptable, in my opinion. Meaning I spent 2 hours 30 minutes of my sleep time being the maid service for me and my family at a hotel where I paid for service. Never again.
