Do Not Stay At This...

Liked: I had to change rooms everyday for different times when somebody didn't even clean it there was dirty cups and stuff in the garbage cans in the bed was all dirty The second The second room Welcome the air conditioner did not work I had to go buy a fan The third day sent to Another room Which didn't have a microwave which was supposed to so I had to keep moving the microwave to different rooms as well And the fourth day I was moved back to the original room I had the first day because the rooms they kept sending me to were dirty not cleaned or something did not work in the bathroom sink leaked all over the floor and I had to buy a fan because air conditioner didn't work the staff was very nice but other than that I would not recommend this hotel they won't even answer the phone to booking.com they won't refund my money and it was the worst experience I've ever had at any hotel do not stay here they won't answer the phone refund your money or answer to booking.com either terrible customer service and there's homeless that hang out outside and we got somebody trying to take something out of the back of our truck it used to be a good neighborhood there but apparently it is not anymore which is sad I would not recommend this hotel to anybody they don't know how to take care of the people who come to stay there
Disliked: The entire experience was horrible and then you won't refund my money when you kept putting me in different bedrooms every single day for 4 days one was dirty stuff in the garbage cans bed messed up Cups by the sink and you put me in a room with half the stuff didn't even work won't refund my money so you have bad customer service I will not recommend anybody to stay there it was the worst experience I've ever had and I stay at a hotel once or twice a month for the past 4 or 5 years and I've never had to deal with this type of thing at any hotel at any other hotel that is terrible and terrible customer service

Worst hotel I've ever had...

Liked: Nothing. How to change rooms for different times one was dirty one the air conditioner did not work they would not refund me my money and one of the rooms they sent me to which I got sent to different rooms each day had used bedding had dirty cups and stuff all around the sink in the bathroom the bathroom sink leaked the air conditioner didn't work had no microwave I had to move the microwave with me too it was the most horrible experience I've ever experienced at a hotel having to change rooms for different times cuz there's something wrong with each room dirty room one with no air conditioner so I had to buy a fan the place was dirty and there was people that were trying to still stuff out of the back of our truck
Disliked: I didn't like having to change rooms everyday all together I got put in four rooms one was dirty with used cups in that sitting around the sink one had the sink that was flooded in the air conditioner did not work they would not refund my money it was dirty there was homeless all around the property when trying to steal stuff out of the back of our truck it was the worst experience I've ever experienced at any hotel and I stay at hotels monthly for the past four or five years and this by far was the worst won't return my money and I had to move the microwave to each and every room they sent me to which was not any better than the one before it would have been nice to get a refund but they won't do it they won't even answer their phone to booking.com or to me bad customer service bad don't stay here

Liked: The young woman at the desk, at check-in, was very courteous and very helpful.
Disliked: We tried to get an additional pillow in early evening and that wasn't possible.

Passable

Liked: It was descent for the price we liked that it had a microwave but that was about it. I didn’t like the beds but my kids thought there were ok.
Disliked: The house keeping was terrible the bathroom was still dirty when we got there with hair and no hand soap. We asked them several times to get us fresh towel and empty our garbages which they only gave us fresh towels once in 4 days . And they never took out trash the only was we got them to pick it up was when we left in outside the door.
