Liked: Overall clean and quiet. Good location near places to eat. Front desk person who checked me in was super friendly and efficient.
Disliked: There was hair on the sink counter, in the sink and on the shower wall. A microwave and or little fridge would've been nice.

Liked: I was escaping the bad weather conditions in Houston, no water, no heat. It provide water and heat.
Disliked: I needed to know how to use wifi my calls to the office on the room phone were not being answered. I even called the office on outside line on my cell phone instead of the room phone NO Answer, I called several times and the phone rang till it cut me off. I had to walked up to the office and I observed2 employees who were there at desk, I inquired about phone not being answered, the one looked at the phone and told me the ringer was off. I watched as they turned the ringer on. Second day I called office on room phone no answer after repeated trys I again walked up to the office there was 2 employees just sitting there not busy, I inquired about if there would be breakfast and I was told no, maybe tomorrow. Today 3 Rd day of visit I called office to inquire about breakfast, phone rings and rings I tried several times, I walk up to office one employee at desk picking at her fingers, one employee outside talking on her cell phone, I didn't bother to ask about breakfast it was apparent there was no breakfast I smelled coffee and preceded to get a cup. I came early Thursday evening February 16th. The lobby floor was filthy then and still is 3 days later. The breakfast area seems it has not been utilized in days, counter top was dirty, containers for coffee trash stir straws, & sugar on counter top were practically over flowing. I made a comment to staff the previous day about it needing to be wiped. The staff when I checked in were not wearing mask, I called Wyndham customer service to complain, next two days staff has mask but only wear them hanging on lower chin not being worn properly and do not bother to put it in place when customer comes into lobby. Sheets and blankets on beds are stain have cigarette burn holes, smell like cigarette smoke, no clothes hangers in closet, this place should not bear the Wyndham name, a name I associated with quality.

I won't be going back.
Liked: The front desk person was very friendly and making it more manageable.
Disliked: The room was horrible. There was a smell in the room the sleeper sofa and carpet was dirty. There was also dog poop in the room.

Thankful there was heat and...
Liked: Heat, electricity, and wifi worked.
Disliked: Room was disgusting. Needs to be deep cleaned. The shower looked like it should be in a horror movie. There was no way I was showering in there. Stain on door trim inside bathroom looked like dried blood or even possibly poop! Sink did not drain. Mattresses need to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Only hotel with vacancies in San Antonio at decent rate. Now I know why!
