Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Place is lipstick on a pig. Homeless all around, pool is a swamp. Staff have a crap attitude. Bfast closed permanently

Robbery

Liked: It was quiet
Disliked: When I booked online it said breakfast was included, when I checked in they said there would be coffee only coffee, they must be under renovations, but trash everywhere the pool was not usable, we had 2 rooms one of which the privacy latch was broke, we found a gross crusty towel under our bed and a bug in the sink and a hand print on the picture behind the bed. The bed was uncomfortable, it said a hairdryer was in room, but no hairdryer was. The luggage stand was broken the towel rack was broken, there was no creamer for the lobby coffee. And to top it was grossly way overpriced. Unacceptable.

Good value but management needs...

Disliked: This was my second time one my deposits were not refunded the first time the never fixed the bathroom sink the total 12 days and they lied about fixing it each day the second stay the tv never worked right they promised to fix and never did 4 days in arrow and bathroom door never would close the quality of Remodle work sucks

Liked: Facility was well kept and well ran. Employees were great.
Disliked: The bathroom was NOT cleaned well.

Passable

Liked: That it was clean
Disliked: Location, I ordered a king size bed but got two separate bed. The place had a new fresh paint smell.

Disappointing

Liked: Customer service was good. Employees behind the counter were very nice and friendly.
Disliked: The room really wasn't cleaned well. There was a pile of dead flies behind the bed, the air conditioner has had something spilled all over the front of it, the shower still had the previous person's hair in it. It was in need of a deep clean and not just a quick turnover clean.

It was nice

Liked: It was very quiet. Had good nights. Nice service.
Disliked: They do not offer breakfast here and their pool is down.

Torture

Liked: One of the worst decisions I have made dealing with a hotel!!
Disliked: Where do I start! They not even worth me typing all the problems! Just know to not go here ever!!!
