The other reviews seem overly critical. It was comparably less expensive and super convenient. There are things that you give up the less you pay. That's how it works.

Liked: I could have walked if I'd wound up having more fun than I should have had.
Disliked: I went to a concert and walked into the room afterwards, took off my boots and within 2 minutes the front desk was calling with a noise complaint. I didn't even turn the TV on. Some customers like to whine but it is marketed as a "concert hotel" right? I was asleep 5 minutes later. No big deal.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the entire remodel they did at the property. Close to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping which makes the location perfect.Will return again in the near future!

Liked: Worst stay ever. A SWAT team broke down the door of a guests room. The front desk person said the manager will take care of the guests on the floor due to the disturbance, in the for and they refuse to call anyone back after we checked out of the hotel.
Disliked: I don't like being waken up by rifles pointed at a room across the hall from me.

Not impressed one bit, grossed...

Liked: Location was right off the highway.
Disliked: “Newly remodeled” means just new furniture. There was a hole in the ceiling, could hear the people above us stomping and running until about 2 am, bathroom was so small you could barely walk in and shut the door, no bathtub cover for giving children baths, the walls were FILTHY, the tv didn’t work as well as the remote.

My stay was very relaxing...

Liked: The staff is very friendly. In a non-judgmental humanistic way. Very warm and welcoming, it's a comfort for those who deal with harsh judgements based on their opinion of your looks.
Disliked: The man who made me miss breakfast because he had to have seven waffles. We usually wind up getting to the hotel really late and leaving really early. I truly wish there could be a you didn't get here till 3am so your checkout time is 4 or 5 pm setup.
