Liked: Price, always hassle free getting a room, checking out, never given a hard time or has had any staff be rude to me about anything
Disliked: I'm a few rooms there are bugs that look like roaches, but you can smash them easily so they are not roaches but a lot of people don't know that

Liked: Beds were comfy
Disliked: No screen in window(not child proof), ac barely worked(no one came to fix it) (also not ok when two children are present in the heat), aggressive visitors, shower was not cleaned, floors weren't swept, my toddler picked up a moldy apple that was under the desk, his feet were covered in dirt and grime from running around the room, vending machines never worked

Liked: The room was tolerable, but that is it
Disliked: Upon arrival, we waited 20 minutes for the front desk, clerk to get there. They were in the middle of renovation of some of the rooms and a loud jackhammer was all you could hear. The attendant had no clue what he was doing, which only added to the delay. The carpet was old and the hallway, smelled very bad. That was no breakfast even though they advertise free breakfast. The pool was also closed. Will never stay there again.

Disliked: No hot breakfast. No lobby coffee. Sticky carpet and bathroom floor. Ant on floor. Wore out mattresses.

Liked: Honestly the only thing I liked was the price when booking. However that changed when we arrived at the location.
Disliked: I'll start with the associate working the front end seemed very annoyed when he seen I needed 2 rooms. However we have 5 of of 6 children traveling with us we need 2 rooms. When we walked into the building it smelled like weed. Get to out rooms & both of them were rough in appearance. Both needed work but one of them much more than the other. The seal around the toilet was all pulled off. Hardly any hit water. There were roaches seen in both rooms. And their breakfast was a bag breakfast that hardly had anything in it. I wouldn't recommend
