Liked: The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for the bathroom. That was great.
Disliked: The light at the bedside is too bright, so you have to get out of bed and activate the other light.

It was fine

Liked: Everything was really fine other that getting to the hotel. Once we landed we tried for over an hour to call the hotel with nothing but a busy signal. We finally had to pay $32 to take a lyft to the hotel. Once we got there they informed that the internet was out & since their phone is a VOIP the phone was also out. They told us that they sent the shuttle every hour but we were there & it never came. If this happens in the future maybe the shuttle should come every 30 minutes instead. It was frustrating to have to pay when we should have gotten there for free.

Liked: Laundry was a problem with kwarters our card didn’t go true it at the counter they don’t got kwarters

The stay was comfortable but...

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean
Disliked: The breakfast offered needs to be revisited. The coffee was finished and the fruit selected was stale. There could have been a greater variety for breakfast.

If you had to stay...

Liked: It was an excellent location. I was able to park in close proximity to the room. It was near the pool.
Disliked: The bathroom door would not close. There was no microwave in the room. There was no refrigerator in the room. The air conditioning was excessively loud. There were trucks driving through the front all night long. The pool was closed the first day, I spent the day in the car or in the lobby because my daughter was working from the room. Breakfast was small tight and congested. There were no sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, it was disappointing. I had asked for two double beds, I had to share a king bed with my daughter, it was OK but not best case scenario.
