Liked: Close to airport close to many places to get something to eat where you didnt have to drive just walking distance
Disliked: The staff were not very friendly always very serious they dont even greet you with a smile

I wouldn’t stay here again....

Liked: The location of the property was perfect for what I had to do during my stay. Lots of restaurants in the area.
Disliked: It was dirty. It was infested with roaches, nats and mosquitoes. I asked for cleaned towels and washed cloths around 9am waited till 10 to ask again and finally at all 11 they bring them to my room two hours later. The sheets had stains and pillows had mildew. Might I add The pool wasn’t even in service. The tub was stained.

Liked: Pool was closed the entire stay. Hotel room floor was dirty and made our socks dirty just walking on it. Housekeeping left our hotel door open after cleaning. They also threw away food in the room. Tv reception was patchy or not working the entire stay.
Disliked: Long check in line and check out line. Very inefficient. Not enough food for continental breakfast.

The property needs a little...

Liked: The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. They had the room cooled for us before we arrived, so it was very nice.It was close to fast food and other restaurants that we could easily walk to. The staff was mostly very helpful.
Disliked: So, the TV stations would stop at will in the middle of a program, so we tried another station and it would do the same thing. We would have liked to be able to sit outside n read, but the only place to do that was the pool area that was still closed. It was a nice day, and we would have enjoyed the weather. One worker said we could drag out chairs out onto the walkway to sit outside.Our door to our room was warped and difficult to open and close. We thought we had closed it when we went next door to lunch, and found it open when we came back. It had stuck and we didn't get it closed all the way. Just needs some work.When we arrived at the airport, we called for the shuttle and were told it would be a 45 minute wait. We had my 86 year old mother with us, and she couldn't stand for that long, so had to call an uber. When we checked in and inquired about the shuttle for the next morning to the airport, we were told the time we needed was full. We talked awhile longer and mentioned the main reason for booking this hotel was for the shuttle. After some cajoling, they were able to get an extra van, so we all could fit and make our flights.We were sad to not enjoy the breakfast provided, but our flight was at 8 am, and we had to leave on the 6 AM shuttle.

Very overpriced for a run-down...

Liked: The location was very near the airport, which was nice.
Disliked: The staff did not all speak English, and often spoke to each other in Spanish while I was being helped. The person who checked us in did not tell us that there was an elevator to get to the second floor…we assumed there was one so we walked around until we found it. The elevator worked, but was shaky and had garbage in it. The floors in the room were dirty and made our feet dirty from walking on them. I would not stay here again and felt the room was severely overpriced for the condition it was in.
