Staff was very helpful. Rooms very clean and beds were comfortable. The decor in rooms was beautiful. Will differently stay here again when I visit for concerts at 8 Second Saloon!

The only pleasant part of this hotel experience was the front desk lady when we first checked in. We check in and get up to our room and to our surprise there was black dog hair on all of the beds! Also no phone in the room - we went down and complained so they switched us to a room across the hall. We get into that room and the air conditioner was running - the room was absolutely freezing so we turned the heat on and again to our surprise it smelled absolutely horrible, like it was on fire. The smoke detector in the room went off - no staff member came up to check on us! There were also millions of tiny ants crawling all around the dresser and end table. The girls and I got ready and went out. When we got back to our room later that night we walked into the entire dresser covered in ants, so I went downstairs and asked for a refund. The lady wouldn't give me a refund but said we could switch rooms, so yet again we went to a new room and yet again ants! We decided to pack our things and drive home that night. Very dirty hotel and the lady working the desk at night was a nightmare to deal with. I will never stay there again and I absolutely do not recommend it. Honestly the place should be shut down.

Not worth the money or...

Disliked: The staff was rude when I found out the facility did not have an elevator and I request a handicap accessible room.The card would t unlock the door to the room and the staff at the front wasn't friendly when she was told. Her comment was " i just made those cards"The handicap bar in the bathroom tub/shower was not anchored at the bottom of the bar.The water for the shower/tub was either ice cold or extremely hot. We also had to ask for more bath towels and then was given very small towels by the same staff ay the front desk.The facility was dingy and not worth the money.

Disliked: the smell was bad. the food was always stel or hard and no meat. outside door was always being proped open so anyone can walk in and theres no screen on windows. never any trash bags cover where all stained

Not bad but definitely disappointing.

Liked: They immediately offered another room when we spoke to them about issues regarding our room. They were also understanding and not rude at all
Disliked: Our first room was horrible. Stains and hairs all over the beds like they hadn’t been washed, broken refrigerator, broken tv and remote.
