I’d like my money back...

Liked: I did not stay at your hotel. I only walked in, was disappointed and asked them to cancel.
Disliked: I went to the property to cancel and apparently the gentleman at the front desk was so busy. He didn’t realize what I was doing. It 11:30 in the morning and I was canceling it. He said that he would take care of it. Apparently he didn’t because I got a charge on my card which is inappropriate and fraud.
