Liked: Staff was nice.
Disliked: Very overpriced for the quality, or lack of quality I should say. The room smelled as though a chain smoker had just checked out. The bathroom floors looked like they had barely been swept and for sure had not been mopped. There was a hair on the sheets. I supposedly received a discount on this room - I stayed at the Hilton for a cheaper rate than this. I will make sure that I never stay at another La Quinta again. Very dissatisfied.

Can't beat the price and...

Liked: The beds are super comfortable. Lots of pillows. Very clean! Night staff was exceptionally kind and friendly. Especially at 2am! One of the reasons we booked here a 2nd night on our return home. Internet rate can't be beat! Lowest price found!
Disliked: The entire property is under construction. Parking lot is rough and there's equipment and debris in many places. Lots of potholes.

Passable

Liked: The shower pressure.
Disliked: The young lady who checked me in was great. The room was clean except there were open packages of oreos on the table (a little disconcerting) The mattress was awful for it being a new room. The smell of weed woke me up at 2 am and the loud people in the other room. The young ?ady who checked me out at 5 am was extremely rude. She obviously is not good with people. We need to be more kind to one another.

Did not get what we...

Liked: The location and room cleanliness
Disliked: I upgrade our room because it was very important that we had a microwave in our room. I read what would be in the room before booking so I didn't take my hair dryer. In our upgraded room that we paid more for there was no microwave, no refrigerator and no hair dryer. My husband and I are both dialysis patients and needed to be able to use a microwave. I reported this to the make shift front desk when we checked out.

Superb

Disliked: They charged my credit card 350 fort smoking in the room, which they did before then took it off. I smoke an e cigs every once in awhile. Every once in a while I was smoke a cigarette a regular cigarette and I do go outside to do that I never smoked in the room so I'm very upset they charged him again for no reason at all so I will be disputing thatu
