Liked: Staff was nice.
Disliked: Very overpriced for the quality, or lack of quality I should say. The room smelled as though a chain smoker had just checked out. The bathroom floors looked like they had barely been swept and for sure had not been mopped. There was a hair on the sheets. I supposedly received a discount on this room - I stayed at the Hilton for a cheaper rate than this. I will make sure that I never stay at another La Quinta again. Very dissatisfied.

Will not go back to...
Liked: The price was good. Location was not bad. The bed was pretty comfortable.
Disliked: Wifi did not work. Fridge in room did not work. I feel customer service could/should have been better. Communication on their part needs work. The parking lot was full of holes. I almost slipped going through water and mud to get to my room Was having work done to building. Did not let me know that workers would be outside my room window at 7:00am. It was a very rude awakening. I feel that management should have warned me and offered a room in a different location for that night. Housekeeping knocking on my door an hour and a half before check out with DO NOT DISTURB sign up.

Disliked: I booked a room a week in advance and was told they had sent an email canceling my reservation however I never received an email. I even called the day before to confirm the reservation was for the right room. We were in town to see a concert for my daughters birthday and all the rooms in town were sold out so we were late to concert because the only place we could find to stay was 35 minutes outside of town at a crappy motel. The worst part was that the front desk ladies acted like it wasn’t their problem and too bad. Will NEVER try to use them again!
