Liked: 2nd room was remodeled. Staff addressed issues with room we had.
Disliked: Bad location. Unsheltered people wondering parking lot. 1st room had a water leak moved to a 2nd room. Pool closed. Outside facilities need cleaned. A lot of trash around building.

Liked: Pet friendly.
Disliked: A floor in the bathroom was poorly installed. This left gaps that cannot be cleaned and it was gross.

Liked: It was conveniently located near my appointment facilities
Disliked: It was obviously an older property in need of repairs both cosmetic and necessary I.e. the floor in the bathroom oozed water when stepped on. I couldn't tell whether the toilet or the bathtub was the source of the leak.

Liked: The area had restaurants close by.
Disliked: The mold in the restroom ,above the shower and the smell . The floors were dirty and our socks were black from walking. That was for 3 rooms. The cleaning was not even good. The toilet was dirty when we got there it was like not much cleaning had been done. The sheets had a couple stains. The breakfast was not good.

Its an okay hotel, definitely...

Liked: Location. Water was nice and hot.
Disliked: Floor was peeling up causing it to be sticky, there was a door that connected to another hotel room in my room and i was uncomfortable, whoever was in the other room was constantly trying to open it.

Poor
