THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I’VE...

Liked: Gas station was right behind us.
Disliked: Didn’t realized the doors to the room were on the outside, pool was closed, elevator wasn’t working and the breakfast was the worst I’ve had and I’ve stayed at other La Quinta hotels and never had this bad of experience, no protein was served other than boiled eggs and each room only had 1 toilet paper when asked for more they said they were out and just handed us a box of Kleenex. TV were going in and out one didn’t even come on at all. Front desk Staff was rude every the lady serving the breakfast was rude! Truly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!!!

Disliked: Went to the front desk to check in, but had to wait twenty minutes before anyone showed up. The staff had a very poor attitude and forced a room change. This hotel is extremely close to the railway tracks, and the sound of trains roared throughout the night.

I will not stay here...

Liked: The Staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The entry door was a huge problem, I could not get in my room several times and was always at night and I had to wait for staff to come get me in, problem with the locks. Smelled like smoke was supposed to be smoke free. They schedule room service every other day, but that was not done only once. I arrived back late at night and had to call to get towels.
