Liked: Everything was great! The staff was very professional and courteous. I would definitely stay there again.

Liked: The Staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The entry door was a huge problem, I could not get in my room several times and was always at night and I had to wait for staff to come get me in, problem with the locks. Smelled like smoke was supposed to be smoke free. They schedule room service every other day, but that was not done only once. I arrived back late at night and had to call to get towels.

Disliked: Pool was closed on a hot day. The beds were not queen size but full size.

Overall, a very nice place...

Liked: The free breakfast was good, with hard boiled eggs for some protein. The place was clean and well-maintained.
Disliked: No ice machine. Had to ask the very nice kitchen staff to fill our Yeti cups each morning. The shower was a hand shower with the wall hook at a height of about 3-1/2 ft (this was a handicap room); it would be nice to have a second hook at a higher level for the non-disabled.

Liked: NOTHING! It was GROSS!
Disliked: Squeaky beds, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, bath tub that didn’t drain properly, THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE A CAT LITTER BOX!!! The air didn’t work right! I asked for something be done about the smell & was told to call and I did NO ONE ANSWERED! I went to the circle K next door to buy some spray! The floors were dirty! I stay at La Quinta’s AND NEVER HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS! They charge you a $100 incidentals fee, I’ve never paid that much for a room for incidentals and have stayed in 5 star hotels! This was ridiculous!! I dropped my key fobs at 3:30AM and kept getting text messages and notifications to let them know when I was checking out!
