Management apologized for the noise and gave a discount. Would consider staying again.

Good for the money. We received a room by the exit door. Unit 138. Starting at 6:00am the door started slamming as people started leaving. I forgot to pack our own pillows and the 4 that came on the bed were terrible. Very lumpy and should be replaced. Waffle breakfast was great in the morning. Unit was clean and bed was very comfortable. The restaurant that is in the same parking lot was awesome - Winking Lizard. Great food and good prices. One minute walk from the hotel. Overall a good stay. I would definitely come back.
Liked: Nice staff; clean; comfortable bed; microwave and fridge in unit.
Disliked: Very noisy if you are near the exit door. Pillows were terrible.

Great comfortable stay
Liked: We are very satisfied with our stay at this place. Very clean room, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast with a lot of food choices And no matter how late you are for breakfast, the variety stays the same. Pleanty of parking space for everyone on the road. Highly recommended for everyone who needs stay in this area.

Disliked: The property smelled majorly like marijuana, and while the beds and bathroom felt fairly clean, the walls, doorways, and hallways were really dirty.

Disliked: La Quinta CLE review My wife and I checked in for a business trip for 1 week. At check in, we stood in the lobby with a crowd of people for 45 minutes waiting for someone to return to the front desk from “lunch” at 3:00 pm. Taking their lunch conveniently at Check-In time. We get to our room and our keys did not work. In fact, we needed to program our keys daily. Which was incredibly frustrating carrying our things to our room, then back to the lobby, then back to our room constantly. Our room contained dirty towels from the previous occupants and smelled like smoke. The smell of smoke constantly getting stronger and weaker. We weren’t sure if it was coming from management smoking outside our window or from a room adjacent to us. I purchased Clorox bathroom cleaner so that we could kill the active mold and mildew growth before showering. Among the amenities listed at check-in, only half are actually available: no washer dryer, no consoles, no cleaning/disinfecting, no contactless areas or barriers between staff, no restaurant, no lounge/bar, no fitness center, no alarm clock, not a non-smoking facility, and I needed to google the Microwave in order to clear the error code. We paid for a late check out so that we could shower after work and before we travel. The management knocked on our door and woke up my sleeping wife for her to check out (entering our room while she slept). An hour later, the maid comes knocking, making me wonder exactly what the extra fee is for when you pay for late check out since they hound you the entire time. Management blamed my wife for not latching the door lock while she slept, preventing me from entering when I returned. So the fee didn’t prevent a door key from unlocking my door during my time of use. If I could give this hotel Zero stars, I would.

Bad experience and will not...

Disliked: the cleanness of the entire hotel was terrible and the smell was horrible everywhere , especially the room floor and the furniture , bed sheets, and the restroom were very bad even when we asked the reception many times to send someone to clean the room nobody cleaned it.The pictures attached are showing only a small part of how unclean, the garbage under the sink was from the previous guest.
