I will not be staying...

Liked: I didn’t have breakfast so I can’t rate the kitchen or dining.
Disliked: My remote didn’t work and I couldn’t get an answer from front desk because the line stayed busy for about 15 minutes. I had to get redressed to go back downstairs. They ended up giving me the remote from the lobby tv. My room had the worst smell! The window was open when I arrived (so that should’ve been my first hint) and the room was freezing. I’m not sure if it was the carpet or the refrigerator. It made it hard to sleep and I had to keep spraying perfume throughout the night which triggered a migraine.

Horrible bedbugs

Liked: I tried making this simple and they could’ve reimbursed me for what I was asking for but they only wanted to reimburse me for one night and switch rooms!! It seam they did not care about my health or safety or my well-being!! The bedbugs bit me over 10 times because I did not know what was biting me the night before, and I was itching them and they scabbed over the next night. I had one crawling towards my head!! and I killed one and brought it to the front desk. They tried to tell me I brought it in and that is not the case. I think I wrote another one of these hotels to review, but this is the one where the bedbugs were at I had to throw away $500 worth of clothing and missed work the next day! They offered me a different room and I immediately left because I was so paranoid. I could not sleep there that night and had to find a different hotel at 2 o’clock in the morning on a Saturday and that was very hard to do and very expensive.
Disliked: If up management will get a hold of me I am very disappointed in my health and safety was not taken care of. They did not show me the report they made on the bedbugs. They just said that we are exterminated every month. Please get a hold of me. This is about the fourth time I tried.

Bad experience, they do not...

Liked: Well, I tried to make this simple for them but they do not want to contact me or make this right. It seems they do not care about my health or safety .I ended up finding bedbugs in my room and I even showed the front desk and then on top of it. They were biting me and I got bit over 10 times. I did not know what they were so I was itching them. I have never seen a bedbug in my life until I took a picture of this one and Google it, they tried to offer me a couple nights free but that was not good enough because of the situation I had to throw away $500 worth of my clothing and I had to risk bringing it home. I live over 1000 miles away I was there for work bad idea paying for a cheap hotel they kept giving me the runaround saying the manager would be there finally I got to talk to an assistant manager and I asked for my five days refund that I stay there and I would’ve been happy. They won’t even show me the report on the bed bugs in the room. I think it was 110 or 111 they tried switching me to another room, and I fell for that, but I left immediately an hour later, and said I could not sleep, and I had to miss work the next day it was a challenge to find a hotel because they were all booked around because it was a Saturday. Very disappointed. I would like upper management to get a hold of me on this matter.
Disliked: If the upper management would’ve got a hold of me, this is been going on, and I’ve been trying to get a hold of them

My stay there was horrible...

Liked: Well, I ended up with bedbugs. They tried blaming it on me and said I brought them in pretty crazy. I wanted a full refund and they only want to refund me for one day. I had about eight bites on my leg and I do have pictures to show. I am very disappointed. I stayed in that hotel for work for over a months time within the last year I am very disappointed. They did not care about the safety or well-being of my health and would not refund me my money. That’s all I wanted now if I could go back, I would like all my stay there refunded because of how disgusting it was to find a bed bug in my bed, and the fact that it was biting me. I even brought them the bog up to the counter and then they lied to me and said the manager would be in the next day so I went back the next day. I left right away and did not stay there another night. the manager was not there the next day they said try again the next day, so I came back and they acted as if nothing happened and I told them that I knew that they knew why I was back, very disappointed. Very very disappointed. Disgusted.
Disliked: I would like if they remote funded me for all my stays there because of the fact that I had found a bedbug room 110 on the lowest level I asked for my refund because I was there for five days and I left on the fourth day and got a different hotel Because I just could not sleep I was sick and I missed a day at work because of it . I was stressed out because I didn’t know if they were in my clothes and they were like oh well we can only refund you for one night and I was very disappointed because I would’ve liked my whole week refunded. And they told me no I asked if they would show me the report on the bed bugs in my room and they would not.
