Liked: Breakfast was the only good thing
Disliked: The cleanliness was terrible toothpaste on the wall Dirty towels The staff was rude and clueless We had to find and pay for another room at Comfort Inn . It was an expense that wasn't in our budget. Booking.com representative was very rude when we made our complaint, so I will no longer use this app for Booking trips

Liked: I like this hotel, but didn't stay there May 16-17
Disliked: When I booked this I clearly hit May 18-19. Not sure how it defaulted to a different date. As a result, I had to pay for the stay after I already paid for it. The lady at the desk told me that although booking .com charged me, they never get the $.
