La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bossier City

Got a room; walked inside to huge dark stains on the sheets; pubic hair under the sheets in the bed; blood on the floor and on the phone in the room. Couldn't call the desk because the phone didn't work. Got new room. Bathroom had faeces smeared on the outside of the bathtub. Room was to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke and the sheets had burn holes in them. The lock on the door didn't work properly. This hotel needs to be shut down. I won't stay in any LaQuinta anywhere at all. I travel a lot and stay at many different hotels. This place is a dump!

Disliked: Blood on our room floor.

Disliked: The room and the bathroom were filthy. There was a filthy mattress sitting in the walkway. We did not stay. We left and went to another hotel. This is the first time that I've ever had a problem with La Quinta hotel.

Liked: This is another property that should be removed from booking.com. How do you rate the places you allow on your site? This place was filthy and smelled of mildew. The toilet had a coat hanger you had to use to flush it.
Disliked: I will never return to Bossier City. LA. So there is nothing they could do on this property as far as I'm concerned, both places I just visited need to be condemned.

Disliked: There was a smell in the room the room was not clean at all there was roaches the bathroom was so despicable I almost threw up. I did not stay at the property asked for a refund that night and he said the site I booked from would have to do it. Me personally I feel they need to close it down it's to nasty.
