I was worried about the neighborhood because of prior reviews but we had a great experience. No loud guests or shady people in the parking lot. Best of all, it shares a parking lot with Amaya's Taco Village - great food you can walk to. Overall, a great experience for a basic motel. Clean, comfy room.
Liked: Good price; friendly and helpful check in staff.
Disliked: Saturday morning clerk not so friendly.

Liked: The listing made it appear that it was a decent model for a quick one night stay. However, the photos on the listing turned out to be VERY deceiving!
Disliked: Property was very run down. The photos in the listing DO NOT reflect the property at all! There were holes in windows, trash and large debris EVERYWHERE!

Liked: The bed and having a refrigerator and microwave.
Disliked: The lighting was dim, and I had to turn on most of the lights to make it brighter.

Liked: Nice inside the room
Disliked: Light flickering by the bathroom sink. The lighting in the room was not so bright. Had to turn all lights on. The shower tub wasn't my liking.
