Disliked: The customer service was horrible. First room smelled of poop and the second room smelled of bleach. I never received a refund. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Not clean or safe. We...

Liked: Shower pressure, ac/heater. That's all.
Disliked: The noise in the parking lot all night, the homeless man going through the trash, the bugs in the room, the stains everywhere including the towels and sheets and even the drapes, the lack of any hangers, the dirty floors...
