A complete disaster!! Stay away!!

Disliked: Do not stay here if you care about your safety, health or have family members!!! This place is a disaster. We booked a room for one night and we didn't even spend the night at the hotel as the experience was horrific and I'm still waiting for the full night refund + extra amount I had to pay to spend the night. Our room was extremely dirty upon arriving with huge stains on bed sheets and a lot of hair. We were given a second room on the second floor!! We went out to spend the day in the city and upon coming back to our room, We found a huge surprise! Someone broke in our room when we were out and took a massive poop( a massive human human feces ) between our two beds!! We didn't get the police involved because we had to leave the next day! This was extremely crazy having biohazard waste between our 2 beds in a hotel!!! We immediately left the hotel at 1 am and started looking for other hotels to stay at !!! The receptionist mentioned that we will be getting a full refund for the night, but this is just a joke. I documented everything as well in case they deny it.

Disliked: There was not hot food No muffins no waffles no eggs. Lady’s said you all didn’t have the money and things were short. I stay because of the waffles. I was vas very disappointed

But overall enjoyed our stay

The beds are magic! Good...

Liked: We took one look at the breakfast bar and went out for tacos. The TV would not stream Netflix or prime.For us period we had to change rooms and the next t.V was just as bad.
Disliked: The t.v.
