Disliked: No TV remote, pool locked closed and green, breakfast was bad, no juice, no milk, no cereal, no meat grits, tater tots on for 2 days a year ago they cared who ever is running this place needs to be fired

Don’t stay at this hotel!

Liked: nothing!!! This was a shocking experience from start to finish!!!!
Disliked: A huge disappointment from start to finish the whole hotel was a joke! Every other guest we met at reception and at breakfast were complaining too it was awful!! I can start by our check in on Friday a huge line and one person on the desk we eventually got to our room, it had a nasty smell of damp and did not look like the picture on web site at all!! Fridge was unplugged and had a smell it didn’t work! I went to reception to a long line again was told no other rooms available and I asked for a hairdryer as the room didn’t have one, I was told I would have to wait 3 hrs before he could go and check!! I told him I would be back in an hour! I went back to meet another long line of guest trying to check in eventually he gave me room keys to go and check for a hairdryer myself!!!! Unbelievable!!!Breakfast on sat at 9 am nothing left no juice no milk no coffee!!! It was supposed to be on until 10am I complained she did get the breakfast lady to make some coffee but that was it!! I wrote a letter to complain on the hotel page got no reply!!This morning breakfast was the same but worse nothing offered and stale bread only option no butter nothing! Never been so shocked I complained to the lady at reception she was so embarrassed she even told me she had to buy cups herself from Walmart this morning or there wouldn’t have been any for the coffee!! Never will I stay at this hotel again just shocking I could go on and on about how bad, the pool was green and closed supposed to be a dog friendly hotel no poo bags, I had my own but still not the point!!! just so unacceptable!

Liked: The beds were very comfy.
Disliked: The smell of weed permeated every space in the place. Got into the room and it smelled like stale cigarettes.
