Liked: It is a charming family-run independent hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room are beautifully done and very comfortable. The supper was on the expensive side but all in all I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel..

This hotel could not be...

Liked: This was my first time in Madrid. I was travelling alone, but felt very cared for my the team over the five nights I stayed. I enjoyed that it was small, independent, and seemed private and quiet. I loved my garden room, it was charming and comfortable. All staff I interacted with were helpful, kind, and warm, and I genuinely felt welcome. I enjoyed the area, it felt safe and quiet and I used the bus system to travel to my conference at IFEMA daily and so the loction was perfect. Adding the breakfast option to my stay was a great choice, I enjoyed it very much.
