Not up to the standard...

Liked: The location is perfect for visits to Shenandoah.
Disliked: The room, 218, smelled like animals, specifically dog, as did the hallway. The beds in the room were not the typical beds we have experienced in other rooms and floors. The mattresses were not affixed to the bed frames, so they always slid which was very odd. They could move entirely off the frame. There was also a gap between the bed and the headboard. So the pillows would fall in the gap. Added to the smell in the room, the mattress problem and the overall lack of maintenance was the loose toilet seat cover that slid around and the very difficult to flush toilet. The push button at the top was very stiff, and it would get stuck, which kept the valve open and the toilet running and leaking. This room needs attention. I would hope the room is taken off the list to book until it is up to the standard of the other rooms. The 2nd floor hallway also needs to be steam cleaned to take away the pet scent that permeates.
