Liked: The hotel is very new. Decent pool/hottub/fitness center. The rooms are decent. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: The front desk staff were very hit and miss. One of the people we spoke to was quite helpful but the other 2 seemed very annoyed that we existed and were creating work for them by wanting to check in. We wanted to change our room to a 2 bedroom, they told us they couldn't change our room and to contact booking.com. We did this. Booking.com said they would change it but ended up failing. Many hours later the hotel changed our room to a 2 bed and charged us the price difference. I didn't get why they didn't just do that right away instead of making us delay our check-in for hours. The room also had what appeared to be chocolate on the light switched (at least I hope it's chocolate). Also the plug-ins didn't work to charge our phones or laptops. They were able to swithc us rooms which had working plugs.The breakfast is nothing special. Also, I'd love to see less single use plastics. Almost everything involved in breakfast was wrapped in plastic or styrofoam.
