Pleasant

Liked: Staff was great. Breakfast was edible. Location was central to things we wanted to do in the area.
Disliked: West stairwell smells ....gastrointestinal? Like someone barfed up pine sol. 2nd floor smelled like wet ashtray. Hot tub was out of order. TV didn't work in first room so we had to switch. But same floor, same stairwell.

Would visit again if needed...

Liked: The motel was 2 miles from the event, we found a good restaurant a few blocks away that we walked to.
Disliked: The hot tub was not hot enough, although it was a really cold night.

Very good

Liked: Very good sized room. Large bed. TV had a good variety of channels
Disliked: Limited choice with the breakfast. An extra fee blankets in the room would have been nice too so I didnt have to crank up the heating.

Overall was convenient and a...

Liked: Nice to have a breakfast; however, eggs were cold and without character as was the sausage and ham selections. Waffles were a treat but with only two machines, there was always a wait.
Disliked: 1. Ice machines: When i arrived I was told only one machine was functioning - that one was totally out of ice. Had to ask for ice from the kitchen which took some time to get. 2. TV cable was apparently connected to an on/off switch which required a call to maintenance to figure out why there was no cable signal. 3. Difficult to make left turn onto busy street when leaving hotel.
