Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast was as expected and was satisfying. Checkin was quick and painless as was check out
Disliked: I wasn’t unhappy with any aspect of our stay . The “value” is rated Jess than excellent because it just seems ridiculous to pay that much per night . I would have said that about any of the other options I had to choose from as well.

Horrible room.

Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: I was in 102. The bathroom smelt like an old gym. It was wiped down real fast. The sink pipes had mold on them. The smell was very off putting. The toilet broke. I asked to move to another room they said no.

Just ok

Liked: The room was a good size, location and coffee. Very pet friendly.
Disliked: The bed was too hard and uncomfortable. No room service for three days was disappointing. Breakfast was bad. There weren’t enough choices.

Disliked: Lighting was terrible. Short on housekeeping staff. The room was cleaned once in 5 nights stay.

Disliked: Super old building. Needs updates. The AC unit did not cool and the room and sparked a few times when turning on.

Very poor

Disliked: The room was very low quality and the floors look like they had water damage. The furniture and walls also were damaged and not repaired.All of the faucets and showerhead were in very poor condition, it looks like there has been water damage in the shower and covered up potentially mold.This was probably one of the worst rooms condition wise that I’ve ever stayed at.
