I stayed at this Quality Inn for the 2nd time and I have to say it was great! I always try to make it a point to stay at Quality Inns because I have always been pleased. Very clean, friendly staff which includes the girls that clean the rooms. The breakfast is also perfect - fresh coffee and a healthy choice to pick from. I also sleep very well. Most of all it is aways quiet. I will keep going back. There is a nice choice of restaurants in the area, especially the Publick House - gotta try it. I usually sleep in town when there is entertainment going on at the Mill Street Brews.

Exceptional

Disappointing.

Disliked: Unfortunately, it did not tell us at the time of booking the hotel is under construction. This wouldn’t have been a problem, but the construction continued until 8pm and we have a toddler. This may not seem like a big deal, but getting to sleep over an hour later than usually really throws things off. We inquired a few times when it would stop but were told “should be wrapping up soon.” This was very disappointing after paying for a room.

Disliked: Place was under some renovation which we did not know beforehand. Also charged (and refunded) a $50 room charge. Place ended up be as expensive as nearby better Marriot and Hilton run places.

This is our favorite spot...

Liked: This is our go to hotel when we visit our family every few months. The staff is so friendly and kind. The rooms are roomie and clean. Bonus they have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in each room. Lots of choices for breakfast. Always Pleasant stay there!
