We thought the hotel was very nice. The room was really nice and the breakfast was great. Liked how there is a little shop by the front desk in case you run out of something. Wish the pool had been open.

I had an awesome experience with this hotel. I felt very safe and comfortable. The rate is great for a traveller on a budget too.

Liked: Wonderful staff, clean room, safe neighborhood, close to the Pageant
Disliked: I couldn't stay longer

It was better than sleeping...

Liked: Large parking lot. Friendly personnel.
Disliked: The TV could have worked. The magnetic key for the back door could’ve worked. The breakfast could have started at 6 AM instead of 7 AM and we would’ve been able to partake

Liked: Nicest hotel around, pet friendly & the staff are amazing really accommodating we love it here!!
Disliked: Hard to book a suite they only have 2 on the property

Terrible hotel, do not stay...

Liked: The staff were nice and helped us get us checked in quickly. This was even despite having a long line of people ahead of us. They also helped us when our keys stopped working. They didn’t help us much, since the keys were still breaking but they were at least pleasant to interact with.
Disliked: The keys kept not working and apparently that was because they were getting too close to our phones but I’ve never had that issue with ANY other hotel I’ve ever been at. The breakfast was terrible and there was barely even anything left when we went which was fairly early both days. The bathrooms had water damage and the doors would not even close which was awkward and annoying. For the price per night that the hotel charged us it was NOT worth it.

Liked: Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful
Disliked: We only reserved 3 rooms and found out they charged us for 4 rooms. Now saying it's going to take a few days before we get reimbursed for the extra room, we just have to keep receipts.

Not pleased.

Liked: The staff was friendly, helpful.
Disliked: The fact our room was not supplied with enough towels and wash rags. No toilet paper at all. The tv remote didn’t even work. And one of the beds covers had stains on them from previous visitors.
