Staff was friendly and helpful. Accommodation was nice.

The room was very nice - clean with a great view overlooking the city at night. For the price, I was greatly pleased.

Fine stay

Liked: Comfortable bed and pillow. Clean. Standard hotel free breakfast (waffle maker, hot entrees, cereal, yogurt, etc.)
Disliked: We had just travelled 7,000 miles and had been awake for 30+ hours. We checked in and went to bed early - 8:30pm or so. About 10:00pm, the front desk informed us that they hadn't correctly processed our credit card for the security deposit when we checked in and that we needed to come to the registration desk with a credit card. I explained our situation (distance travelled, lack of sleep), and the woman said we had to come down right away. I asked if we could take care of it in the morning. She said no. It had to be right away. When I got to the lobby, I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to take my credit card information. It wasn't the woman on duty's fault that someone else hadn't done their job accurately, but we were less than happy to be woken up and required to go downstairs after so many hours of travel.

Liked: Location to our family. Comfort of Beds. Water pressure in shower. Ease of parking. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: Room needed more convenient lighting. Temperature was difficult to manage in room. Wireless was spotty

Decent hotel for stopover but...

Disliked: Needs modernisation. Staff could have been more helpful. At times didnt feel safe
